Shipping Policy

Order that has placed through the week will be shipped next Tuesday.

Our product is perishable, and, thus, we do not offer refunds. However, we will refund for damaged products or missing products. Please email us with a detailed explanation for your refund request (Email: oatschocolates@gmail.com)
We are not processing a refund request for the missing package if incorrect address has been placed by a customer.
The order must be canceled before the product ships.
